Do your air filters meet specific performance standards?
In terms of product quality and testing standards, we implement:
The European standard EN779:2012 standard and ISO16890:2016 standard (corresponding to the national standard: GB/T14295-2019) with medium and low efficiency.
We also effectively implement:
The EN 1822-2009 standard and ISO 29463-2016 (MPPS) standard (Corresponds to national standards: GB/T13554-2020 GB/T6165-2008) to control the production process and product quality.
What types of customization options do you offer?
We support size, material, and air filter marking label customization. In addition, for some air filtration raw materials, we support color customization like paint stop filters.
What do you do if your goods are damaged?
We have a full after-sales service system.
Firstly, we will respond to our customer immediately and collect the goods damaging data sheet, including qty and photos. Secondly, we will meet with our production department for discussion. Lastly, a final solution will be given to the customer. For goods damage problems, we hold the principle as “Quick Response, Satisfactory Resolution”.
How long does it usually take for me to receive the goods?
Depends on whether you want to customization your air filters or not, and depends on the speed of customs clearance and logistics, but we can guarantee to ship regular air filters in less than 7-10 business days, and we have customers in Singapore who received the goods in less than 2 weeks after we ship out.
Can I get a sample for check before mass product?
Yes, we support customers’ standard-size samples and customized samples.
How do I choose the right air filter for my needs?
Firstly, you need to share the details of your needs with us, and we will recommend a related air filter based on your info. What’s more, that will be better if you can share some photos or detailed specs. We will also send photos and a data sheet for your checking. And we have professional technicians to recommend products accordingly.
Can you handle high-volume orders for air filters?
Our 15 high-capacity air filtration production lines guarantee efficient order fulfillment. Our lead time is about 7-15 working days for large orders. Fully capable of carrying high-volume orders.
